Five Pranic Arrows: The Yoga of Flowers
A 3-Day Immersion in Prāṇavidyā, Yoga Therapy &Subtle Herbalism
with Brooke Sullivan, founder of The Wild Temple School
The missing piece in modern yoga practice is often the depth of a study called Pr āṇavidyā. This luminous science lies at the heart of what yoga is truly about—the direct experience of prāṇa as living intelligence. It is also the animating force within plants, the quiet current behind all healing modalities since the beginning of time. In this sense, to study prāṇa is to study the light of nature—Lumen Naturae—the same intelligence that moves through breath, body, psyche, and the botanical world.
In this three-day immersion, we enter into prāṇa not as an abstract concept, but as felt, differentiated energies—five pranic “arrows” or loci within the body. These currents shape our physiology, perception, and emotional landscape, offering a refined diagnostic lens into the patterns we hold—our habits, beliefs, and inner narratives. Through this lens, yoga therapy becomes precise, intuitive, and deeply responsive. From this foundation, we weave together the sister sciences of yoga therapy and the yoga of flowers—subtle herbalism, or Tantra Oṣadhi. You will explore how flower essences and plant allies mirror and modulate these pranic currents, offering gentle yet profound pathways for transformation. Paired with breath, movement, and awareness-based practices, these tools support the unwinding of limiting patterns, the restoration of energetic harmony, and the evolution of the soul’s expression.
This workshop is both practical and initiatory—an invitation to become more sensitive to prāṇa, more fluent in the language of nature, and more skillful in guiding healing from the inside out.

The 4 Desires of Life Workshop
According to ancient Yogic tradition, your soul has four distinct desires:
Dharma: The desire for purpose, the drive to become who you are meant to be.
Artha: The desire for the means (money, security, health) to prosper in this world.
Kama: The desire for pleasures like intimacy, beauty and love.
Moksha: The desire for spiritual fulfillment and lasting freedom .
Learning to embrace these four desires is the key to happiness, and to a complete and balanced life. But how can you discern what will truly satisfy your desires? How can you increase your capacity to achieve them? What if your desires seem to conflict with one another? Is it possible to live a spiritual life while also wanting material pleasures and success?
The ancient sages of this tradition believed that it is a healthy desire to live a life of abundance on both the spiritual and physical planes. After all, It’s a lot easier to find time and peace of mind to do your spiritual practice when you’re not struggling to survive.
