All-Levels Flow 60 Min

A flowing practice where postures are breath aligned. Each class will warm you up, then flow into standing postures, balance poses and twists. You’ll be given options for backbends, inversions and core work and then cooled down with hip openers and forward bends. You’ll enjoy a luscious savasana some breathwork and a short meditation before heading out into the world relaxed and energized!

Chakras & Koshas Gentle Yoga

A foundational yoga class for newer practitioners. This gentle flow class supports and introduces students to postures, breath work, movement, relaxation techniques and visualization practices. Through exploration and modifications that meet you where you are we will discover ways to strengthen, increase mobility and balance, develop greater body/mind/heart awareness and create a deeper experience of ease in your daily life.

Restorative

AA delicious passive stretching class designed to give your mind and body a mini vacation. The class is done entirely on the floor while you are supported with props. Each posture is held passively for several minutes giving your nervous system a needed break and restoring and revitalizing your body and mind. Bliss!

90 Minute Flow

A 50 minute flowing practice where postures are breath aligned, a deep savasana, breathwork and meditation. Each class will warm you up, then flow into standing postures, balance poses and twists. You’ll be given options for backbends, inversions and core work and then cooled down with hip openers and forward bends. You’ll enjoy a luscious guided savasana, and then Breathwork and Meditation before heading out into the world relaxed and energized!

Wisdom Wellness: Yoga for Menopause and Beyond

This series is designed to support women during menopause and beyond. You'll learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and discover techniques to help you feel stronger, more balanced, vibrant, and at ease. Each week, we will explore practices that are beneficial on a wide range of topics including: bone health, joint fluidity, pelvic floor health, sleep, etc. This series offers simple tools to help you navigate natural changes and feel more confident  and resilient during this time in your life and beyond.

This 8 week Course taught by Carla Schnurr begins June 23rd , $199

Ashtanga

60 minutes of the Primary Series of Ashtanga geared for those who want a user friendly way to approach and learn the practice from a long time practitioner.

First Light Yoga

First Light Yoga is a gentle yet purposeful morning practice designed to help you awaken the body, steady the mind, and transition into your day with greater ease and clarity. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of reflection, this class invites you to cultivate awareness before the demands of the day begin.

Rooted in the traditions of Anusara, Forrest, and Vinyasa Yoga, and informed by Amy's background in Exercise Physiology and mental health, each class offers thoughtful attention to alignment, functional movement, and the connection between body and mind. Students can expect a balanced practice that builds strength and mobility while creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
