All-Levels Tantric Flow 60 Min

A flowing practice where postures are breath aligned. Each class will warm you up, then flow into standing postures, balance poses and twists. You’ll be given options for backbends, inversions and core work and then cooled down with hip openers and forward bends. You’ll enjoy a luscious savasana some breathwork and a short meditation before heading out into the world relaxed and energized!

Foundations

Build a great yoga practice from the foundation up! This is where you learn great habits and fix not so helpful ones.  This is a less vigorous, well-rounded class with time to work the details.  All Levels. Great for beginners and anyone who wants to work their alignment, form, and breathing.

Restorative

AA delicious passive stretching class designed to give your mind and body a mini vacation. The class is done entirely on the floor while you are supported with props. Each posture is held passively for several minutes giving your nervous system a needed break and restoring and revitalizing your body and mind. Bliss!

Restorative with Nidra

A delicious passive stretching class designed to give your mind and body a mini vacation. The class is done entirely on the floor while you are supported with props. Each posture is held passively for several minutes giving your nervous system a needed break and restoring and revitalizing your body and mind. Each class finishes with yoga Nidra, a guided visualization that draws the mind into the same REM state as deep sleep. Bliss!

Bedtime Breathwork and Yoga Nidra

A few gentle stretches to shake off the day, a few minutes of slow deep breathing and a 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice. Nidra means “sleep”. Yoga Nidra is a Guided Visualization done while you are lying down. This form of Nidra is designed to guide you into deep, restful sleep.
